The role requires strategic thinking, P&L accountability, and talent development. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality dining experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with clients to meet resident expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in food services management or related field.
• Experience in food service operations and P&L accountability.
• ServSafe certification and strong budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with Compass Community Living and client business strategy.
• Own outcomes with an entrepreneurial approach and hold on-site leadership accountable for service behaviors.
• Assess personnel, operations, and culinary situations and make recommended actions.
• Maintain professional demeanor, resilience, and problem-solving during peak periods.
• Conduct daily walks to ensure health regulations and standards compliance.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Lead pre-meal briefings and staff meetings to ensure clear communication.
