Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring a Director of Dining Services to lead the community’s food & beverage/culinary operations, ensuring resident and client satisfaction while meeting financial goals. You will own the strategy, oversee on-site leadership, and serve as the face of the organization.

The role requires senior living/healthcare culinary experience, a strong P&L background, and a passion for hospitality excellence. On-site leadership and collaboration with clients are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Senior living or healthcare culinary experience required.
• 5–7 years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls and presentation.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food & beverage operation to align with client strategy.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies and service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Mentor and coach the leadership team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Compass Group standards.
