Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to join Parexel HEOR Consulting in a remote capacity in the US. In this senior leadership role, you will be accountable for a group or service line, the successful execution and financial performance of multiple projects, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in life sciences or consulting industries, including managing direct reports and directing teams and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree such as MSc, PhD, or MD.
• Experience developing and delivering HEOR consulting services.
• Experience applying AI-related methodologies in HEOR (ML, NLP, data analytics, predictive modeling).
• Industry visibility through conferences, publications, partnerships, or client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead small and large project engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project profitability through budgeting, revenue recognition, and collaboration with the Project Financial Analyst.
• Develop and implement HEOR solutions addressing client needs using expertise and best practices.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, including senior leaders, delivering across disciplines.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and staff, with performance management and planning.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Support strategy and decision-making across HEOR, patient access, and access analytics.
• Stay current on AI developments and apply them to HEOR research and methodologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and biostatisticians to develop AI-driven methods and tools.
• Represent Parexel at conferences, webinars, publications, and partnerships.
