Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Managing Director for Accounting & Finance Client Solutions in Nashville. You will lead a high-performing team, grow permanent placement business, and build relationships with senior accounting and finance leaders.

You will own market strategy, coach recruiters, and drive revenue with an expanding client base. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CPA/CFA/MBA are preferred and travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting and finance permanent placement, executive search, staffing, or solutions-sales experience.
• Established relationships within the local accounting and finance community.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA, CFA, MBA, or related designation highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with accounting and finance leaders, including CFOs and Controllers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and meetings.
• Lead, coach, and support team members in developing client relationships and building pipelines.
• Manage client and candidate relationships through the hiring process from interview to offer.
