Qualifikationen

• CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably at a large company.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
• Public accounting experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with leaders across the business.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in developing others.

Aufgaben

• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and analyze financial performance.
• Provide financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process improvements.
• Serve as liaison between Accounting and Tax.
• Oversee cash reporting and invoicing through a direct report.
• Mentor team members and support accounting internship program.
