Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a VP of Accounting & Finance for a well-established, diversified privately held business in the Greater Nashville Area. This role reports directly to ownership and will help guide company growth while improving financial infrastructure and supporting acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance within construction and real estate/property management sectors.

The position offers a salary between $200-250k along with direct access to ownership and meaningful influence on the business.

Qualifications

• CPA required along with a strong accounting/audit foundation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance leadership.
• Experience in construction, real estate/property management, and complex multi-entity environments is required.
