Job summary
Dow's Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. This role collaborates with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to strengthen reputation and support strategic priorities.
You will lead strategy, content, and measurement, managing posts, thought leadership, and digital assets, while monitoring sentiment and SEO to maximize impact with customers,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years in executive/digital communications or related fields.
- Legal ability to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
- Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
- Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for key stakeholders.
- Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.
- Curate and manage executive content, including posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
- Monitor governance, social listening, and SEO to protect the CEO's digital reputation.
