Job summary

ITCO Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support across corporate offices and university research environments.

You’ll handle executive-focused desktop support, endpoint management, and connectivity for a mixed Mac/Windows environment, including labs with scientific equipment. The role requires discretion, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently as the primary local IT resource.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience provisioning and supporting Mac devices in a managed environment.
• White-glove IT support experience for executives or high-priority users.
• Troubleshooting DNS/DHCP, DNS, network connectivity and authentication.
• Familiarity with Intune, MDM, and device enrollment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Excellent communication and independent work style.
• Willingness to onsite five days per week and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Executive & White-Glove IT support for senior leaders.
• Troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices, peripherals, docking stations, displays, and conferencing tech.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle.
• Handle identity and access issues (AD, SSO) and cloud apps.
• Support network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and internal resources.
• Support research labs and university instruments and workstations.
