Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow our cybersecurity and risk consulting practice within the Enterprise Sales Organization. You will cultivate executive relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and convert single-service engagements into comprehensive advisory partnerships.

The role requires presenting RSM's full cyber, risk, privacy, and resilience solutions to senior leadership and coordinating across advisory teams to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR direct relevant past selling experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional services sales and/or account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience for sales and/or account management.
• Formal sales process training (consultative selling, solution-based selling).
• Demonstrated ability to lead a complex multi-resource sales process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned cyber and risk accounts with revenue targets and cross-sell initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews with internal stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities.
• Establish and maintain executive relationship mapping for each account with CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and General Counsel.
• Lead transition of single-service clients into integrated advisory partnerships across cyber and risk services.
• Forecast and manage cyber and risk consulting pipeline across multiple service lines.
• Manage contract renewals and expansion discussions to grow advisory revenue.
