Bozzuto is seeking an Executive Concierge in Nashville to lead and deliver exceptional resident services. You will personally greet residents and prospects, build positive relationships, and mentor the team to maintain a welcoming community environment.

The role emphasizes engaging residents through events, coordinating front desk operations, and leveraging social media to promote the property, while ensuring top-notch service and care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environments.
• Strong social media skills to create engaging content.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and manage package deliveries.
• Proficient with various software, apps and computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto standards and culture.
• Coach, mentor and train resident services team members.
• Resolve issues and assist residents and prospects promptly.
• Plan and execute events that engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty and drive resident retention with positive experiences.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media channels.
• Encourage reviews on social networks by satisfied customers.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings according to shift requirements.
