Job summary

Bozzuto in Chevy Chase, MD seeks an Executive Concierge to lead resident services with a focus on first impressions and ongoing relationships. This role emphasizes coaching the team, solving issues, and organizing events to foster a sense of community for residents and prospects alike.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7AM–3PM, with opportunities to drive brand loyalty and write reviews on social networks, while building a welcoming, home-like atmosphere for four-legged and human residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environments.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model standards and behaviors aligned with Bozzuto's culture.
• Coach, mentor and train resident services team members.
• Solve resident issues with timely, caring assistance.
• Plan and execute events that engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty and achieve retention through consistently positive experiences.
