Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Manager in its Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice to develop deep technical knowledge and lead consulting projects. You will design and implement executive compensation strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will partner with internal colleagues and client executives to address rewards strategy, pay-for-performance, and long-term incentive design, while contributing to new business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of design-oriented executive compensation experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other long- and short-term incentive programs.
• Analytical, results-driven with ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Executive presence with polished communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who can work in ambiguity and collaborate in a team.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective project management for multiple marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets with multiple streams.
• Serve as day-to-day project lead, ensure progress against objectives and budget.
• Coach and supervise junior staff; provide ongoing feedback.
• Act as primary client contact for service delivery and manage expectations.
• Collaborate on compensation program design including total rewards and pay-for-performance.
• Develop new tools and approaches; contribute to business development activities.
• Contribute to external visibility through IP, articles, and conferences.
