• Minimum 5 years of design-oriented executive compensation experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-client project management with clear objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Lead day-to-day delivery, coach junior staff, and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate on developing compensation programs including total rewards strategies and pay-for-performance alignment.
• Support new business development and participate in proposals and client discovery.
• Contribute to external visibility through articles, conferences and intellectual capital.
