Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Houston is seeking a Managing Director for the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice to lead and deliver large client engagements, act as a strategic advisor to clients, and mentor colleagues.

You will design short- and long-term incentive programs, provide Board-level guidance, build senior relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand opportunities across rewards, data solutions, and related services.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years in executive compensation consulting or senior compensation roles.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree; CCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills at executive level.
• Proven ability to win new business and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead EC engagements for large global clients with cross-functional teams.
• Develop senior client relationships and trusted advisor status.
• Design and implement executive compensation programs and incentives.
• Collaborate with sales, legal and other practices to broaden opportunities.
• Mentor and coach other consultants and contribute to firm growth.
