Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is hiring a Manager for Executive Compensation and Board Advisory. You will lead multi-client projects, design executive compensation and incentive programs, and partner with clients’ executives to optimize rewards strategies.

Role involves coaching analysts, delivering on budgets and timelines, and contributing to new tools and business development within the Work & Rewards line. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing executive compensation in consulting or corporate environments.
• Experience designing annual, equity, stock and incentive programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with multi-project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Delivering effective, consistent project management for multiple marquee clients.
• Drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams.
• Serving as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress against objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality.
• Coaching junior staff and providing ongoing feedback.
• Acting as the key contact to clients on delivery of services; managing client expectations.
• Collaborating on compensation programs including total rewards, benchmarking and pay-for-performance alignment.
• Contributing to development of new tools and approaches.
• Supporting business development: discovery discussions, proposals, and expanding client relationships.
