Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Director in the Work, Rewards and Careers practice in the United States. You will lead marquee client projects, supervise staff, and influence compensation and people strategy. The role blends client delivery, team coaching, and business development in a hybrid work model.

You will contribute to thought leadership and client solutions while overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality. A minimum of seven years in rewards consulting or related settings is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of design-oriented rewards experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of rewards programs and processes.
• Analytical, results-driven with data-informed storytelling.
• Proven multi-project leadership and on-time delivery.
• Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter able to work in ambiguity and collaborate in teams.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, multi-project management for marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets.
• Act as day-to-day project lead, tracking progress to objectives, budget, and quality.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Serve as primary client contact for delivery and manage expectations.
• Collaborate on compensation and related program design.
• Support development of new tools and approaches.
• Assist with new business development and client relationships.
