Job summary

WTW is seeking a Director in Executive Compensation Consulting to manage marquee client projects, design incentive programs, and lead teams with senior oversight. You will shape total rewards strategies and ensure high-quality outcomes across engagements while driving business development.

You will collaborate with top consultants, coach junior staff, and contribute to IP development and market-facing activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of executive compensation consulting or related experience.
Experience designing incentive and equity-based compensation programs.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving situations.

Responsibilities

Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple marquee clients.
Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets with multiple workflow streams.
Serve as day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress against objectives, budget, timeline and quality.
Coach and provide feedback to junior staff; manage and review their work.
Act as key client contact on service delivery; manage expectations and issues.
Contribute to compensation program design including total rewards and pay-for-performance alignment.
Develop new tools and approaches; support revenue growth with marketing activities.
Participate in discovery discussions with prospects and proposals.
