Job summary

Talent is seeking a Director of Client Engagement to own high-profile relationships and oversee onboarding and data programs. The role is fully remote across the United States and focuses on executive-level engagement, project delivery, and relationship management.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and maintain exceptional client experiences, without sales targets or revenue responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client engagement or related field.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder client engagements end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior execs.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders including private equity partners and executives.
• Lead client onboarding from kickoff to delivery.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal CS, Data, Product, and Account teams to ensure delivery.
