Job summary

Red Clay Consulting is seeking an Engagement Partner to lead client services delivery in a fully remote role across the United States. The director will oversee multiple accounts and programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while growing bookings and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic client relationships, P&L accountability, and collaboration with executive leadership to drive scalable, profitable growth across advisory and implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 8+ years of professional services or consulting experience including program/project management and client account ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver assigned projects to successful completion within baseline, budget, schedule, scope, and KPIs.
• Support evolution and standardization of PMO processes across the organization.
• Advise on selection and implementation of other industry methodologies when appropriate.
• Manage Statements of Work, P&L, change orders, project reporting, KPI accuracy, and invoice collections.
• Ensure timesheets, expenses, invoicing, and reporting accuracy across engagements.
• Understand company financial models, pricing, revenue, and margin goals.
• Enforce standards and best practices for delivery.
• Monitor engagement performance and protect margins and relationships.
• Collaborate with Delivery Executive on escalation and risk management.
• Improve margins via standardization and reuse of assets; leverage AI tools where applicable.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across PMO and advisory projects.
• Present and participate at industry events to showcase delivery excellence.
