A premier cruise operator is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their shipboard team for the 2026 cruising season. Qualifications
6–8+ years’ experience in full-service resorts, hotels, country clubs, or banquet settings.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Proven knowledge of FDA food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Leading all meal preparation for guests and crew onboard.
Executing regionally inspired menus using fresh, local ingredients.
Coaching and managing a galley team in a hands-on environment.
