Major Food Brand is seeking a strong culinary leader in Miami Beach, FL to oversee BOH operations. The role requires coaching and developing kitchen staff, managing line personnel, and delivering high standards of service and food quality.

Applicants with Michelin-rated restaurant exposure and a proven track record in back-of-house administration will be highly valued. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in BOH Operations.
• Michelin Rated restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of back of house administrative duties.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to high level administration for a managerial position.
• Execute menu items from start to finish.
• Manage the line and all kitchen employees.
• Mentor, train and coach kitchen staff.
• Assist with scheduling, costing, inventory and labor controls.
