Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations with the Executive Chef to ensure efficiency and brand standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen execution from prep to service and expediting.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and service to Michelin-level expectations.
• Ensure recipes, portioning, and presentation are followed consistently.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff, fostering growth and high performance.
• Assist in creating and evolving seasonal menus for dining and events.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and cost controls.
