The Maggiore Group in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Executive Chef to lead a premier, high-volume kitchen. You will oversee all culinary operations, develop menus, and drive guest experiences. You will mentor a diverse team, manage food, labor, and costs, ensure food safety, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven Executive/Head Chef experience in a HIGH-VOLUME restaurant.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Understanding of food, labor, and inventory cost controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
