P.F. Chang's is hiring an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team and overall kitchen operations. You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of culinary management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time salaried position in Mount Pleasant, SC with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Experience managing inventory, cost of goods and overall financials.
• Hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment experience.
• Experience leading a team and developing employees for leadership roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk 8–10 hours per shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work around various kitchen temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in the kitchen.
• Delegate tasks and direct kitchen staff.
• Conduct interviews with kitchen management and staff.
• Select and develop Sous Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Prepare work schedules for Sous Chef and staff.
• Maintain safety certifications for kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, cost of goods, and overall financials.
• Oversee health inspections and food safety.
• Train staff on food prep, recipes, and execution.
