P.F. Chang's in the United States is seeking an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead both kitchen and restaurant operations, guiding front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver our heart-filled, Guest-led Pan-Asian dining experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience with leadership responsibility for restaurant and culinary operations.
• Experience driving sales growth, meeting KPI/EBITDA targets, and developing leaders.
• Proficiency with POS, corporate software, delivery, inventory, and reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations across hospitality and culinary; recruit, hire, onboard, coach, develop, and retain Team Members while building leadership bench strength.
• Set the standard for food and beverage quality, recipe adherence, presentation, responsible alcohol service, and Guest satisfaction.
• Lead menu and LTO rollouts, kitchen efficiency, inventory controls, and team training on culinary and beverage systems.
• Create personalized Guest-led experiences and coach teams to deliver consistent service and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized restaurant through inspections and sanitation practices, following standards.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and controllable expenses; forecast and analyze sales data for profit growth.
