You will partner with the Operating Partner to guide front-of-house and back-of-house teams, drive kitchen performance, and develop talent while upholding our PRIDE values. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience with leadership responsibility for restaurant and culinary operations, financial performance, team development, and Guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations across hospitality and culinary; recruit, hire, onboard, coach, develop, and retain Team Members while building leadership bench strength.
• Set standard for food, beverage, recipe adherence, presentation, and Guest satisfaction; lead menu and limited-time offer rollouts, kitchen efficiency, inventory, costs, and training.
• Create personalized, Guest-led experiences; monitor feedback, resolve concerns with empathy, and coach teams to maintain brand standards.
• Maintain sanitary, safe, and clean operations; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, protect assets, and respond to incidents.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and controllable expenses; use forecasting and reporting to identify opportunities and drive profit.
