The role involves hiring, training, and developing staff while ensuring top-quality food preparation and service standards across the kitchen. The position requires 3+ years of culinary management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, safety, and compliance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Experience managing inventory, cost of goods, and financials.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in the kitchen
• Delegates tasks and directs kitchen staff
• Interviews kitchen management and staff candidates
• Prepares work schedules for Sous Chef and staff
• Manages inventory, cost of goods, and overall financials
• Ensures health inspections and safety certifications
• Maintains product quality standards and food costs
• Oversees prep lists, opening/closing checklists, and equipment maintenance
