Culinary Dropout in Meridian, ID is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our opening team and manage high-volume dining operations. You’ll oversee daily culinary operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance while delivering show-stopping food and hospitality.

Qualificações

• 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understand business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Experience with POS systems and OpenTable or other reservation systems.
