Job summary

Compass Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a healthcare dining account. You will lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation across the operation.

In this role, you will plan menus, manage inventory and cost controls, roll out new culinary programs with the culinary team and marketing, and partner with the account leadership to deliver high-quality, patient- and client-focused dining services.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Experience managing cost controls.

Responsibilities
