Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required with strong culinary foundation.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience is essential.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Manages inventory to stay within guidelines and ensures product availability.
• Oversees adherence to health regulations and company safety policies.
