Compass Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in a healthcare setting. You will manage a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation standards across the operation.

Responsibilities include cost controls, menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and launching new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams. Prior culinary management and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and catering.
• Ability to manage cost controls and expenditures.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
