Job summary

Compass Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation across the account, delivering high-quality culinary service.

Responsibilities include costing, menu development, inventory management, and launching new culinary programs with marketing and the culinary team. The role requires three to five years of culinary management experience and a culinary degree is preferred.

• High volume production and catering experience essential.
