You will plan menus, manage cost controls, purchase and inventory, and roll out culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams. This role demands high-volume catering experience and strong leadership in a healthcare dining environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing cost controls.
