Job summary

Compass Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a healthcare dining account. You will lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation across the account.

You will plan menus, manage inventory and costs, and rollout culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams. Preferred qualifications include culinary degree and 3–5 years of culinary management, plus high volume production and catering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in culinary arts or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading culinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong cost controls and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary functions for the dining account.
• Manage and lead a team of associates while ensuring safety and sanitation.
