Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering and high-volume cooking experience.
• Hands-on chef with strong leadership and training ability.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and trends.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and email

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus per guidelines and standards.
• Trains kitchen staff on food prep, safety, and equipment use.
• Maintains cleaning schedules and ensures sanitation compliance.
• Manages inventory and ensures product availability.
• Oversees leftovers utilization within guidelines.
• Works with safety policies and participates in team meetings.
