Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking an Executive Chef in Bentonville to lead our kitchen team and drive memorable guest experiences across our concepts. You will manage line operations, mentor staff, and champion internal hospitality while aligning with P&L goals.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll partner with the GM and Home Office to optimize menus, food quality, and inventory, ensuring health and safety standards are met while cultivating a culture of creativity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on staff development.
• Strong understanding of finances, labor, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations and problem resolution.
• Lead, train, and develop line staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
