Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef in West Palm Beach to lead the kitchen, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through creative menus and efficient operations.

You will oversee food quality, inventory, budgeting, and labor, collaborating with the GM and Home Office to hit P&L targets while upholding health and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on staff development.
• Strong financial acumen with labor, budgets, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team to craft high-quality dishes and last impressions.
• Oversee quality control, inventory, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the GM and Home Office to maximize kitchen operations.
• Manage labor, budgets and forecasts to meet pre-determined targets.
