Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef in Springdale, AR to lead the kitchen, mentor the team, and ensure exceptional guest dining experiences aligned with P&L goals.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage kitchen operations, collaborate with the GM and Home Office leaders, partner with local producers, and uphold health and safety standards while driving creativity and quality across Indigo Road's concepts and boutique hotels division.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen management and menu creation experience.
• Hands-on leader who works in the trenches with the team.
• Strong financial sense including labor, budgets, and cost control.
• Experience collaborating with GMs and home office to optimize kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen line and staff development.
• Promote a positive guest and staff experience to support P&L goals.
• Oversee kitchen operations, problem resolution, and effective communication.
• Coordinate with the GM and Home Office to maximize kitchen operations.
