Qualifications

• 3+ years Executive Chef experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring quality within budget.
• Supervise and support food production staff and utility staff.
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management, and back-of-house systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and conduct monthly audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state food safety regulations.
• Build relationships with residents through dining room visits.
