Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA seeks an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food production and dining operations in our award-winning community. You will oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and plate presentation, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to budget guidelines while fostering a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality and presentation.
• Proficiency with PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency within budget guidelines.
• Supervise and support all food production staff and BOH personnel where applicable.
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management systems, and BOH computer systems.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and areas meet sanitation standards and monthly audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Ensure high standards for food quality and visual presentation.
• Build relationships with residents through dining room visits and engagement meetings.
