Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, and presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production within budget, from purchasing to plating.
• Supervise kitchen staff and utility staff as applicable.
• Implement and maintain core menus and BOH systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal sanitation audits.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state food safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Engage with residents through regular dining room visits and meetings.
