Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food production, from purchasing to plate presentation, within budget guidelines.

The role supervises kitchen staff, maintains core menus, implements BOH systems, ensures sanitation and HACCP compliance, and builds relationships with residents through dining room engagement. 3+ years in executive chef roles and fine dining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Executive Chef experience
• Fine dining experience preferred
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends
• Proficient PC software and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production from purchasing to plate presentation within budget
• Supervise and support food production staff and utility staff when applicable
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management, and BOH systems
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal sanitation audits
• Maintain compliance with federal/state food safety regulations (HACCP)
• Ensure high standards of food quality and visual presentation
• Engage with residents through dining room visits and engagement meetings
