Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production within budget guidelines.
• Supervise kitchen staff and utility staff where applicable.
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management, and BOH systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal sanitation audits are conducted.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations.
• Engage with residents through regular dining room visits.
