Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA, seeks an Executive Chef to lead from-scratch cooking, signature dining programs, and team management across BOH operations.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in executive chef roles, fine dining exposure, and strong focus on quality, sanitation, and food cost controls. PS/Office tools proficiency and resident-focused engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends; focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls.
• Proficient PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production, from purchasing to plate presentation within budget.
• Supervise all food production staff and utility staff where applicable.
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management, and BOH systems.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and areas meet sanitation standards and monthly audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations (Health Department, HACCP).
• Maintain high standards for food quality and visual presentation.
• Build relationships with residents through dining room visits and engagement meetings.
