Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our from-scratch kitchen and signature menu dining programs, with a proven hospitality track record and strong teamwork.

You will oversee all food production, supervise staff, manage menus and BOH systems, ensure sanitation and food safety, and engage residents through dining room interactions. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef, fine-dining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency from purchasing and receiving to storage, preparation, and plate presentation—within budget guidelines
• Supervise and support all food production staff (and utility staff, where applicable), ensuring adherence to performance standards and kitchen operations
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management systems, and BOH computer systems
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal sanitation audits
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations
• Ensure high standards for food quality and visual presentation
• Build relationships with residents through dining room visits and engagement meetings
