Qualifications

• Fine dining experience preferred.

• Proficiency with PC software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food production operations and ensure quality and efficiency.
• Supervise kitchen staff and support food production teams.
• Implement menus, recipe management, and back-of-house systems.
• Maintain sanitation standards and conduct monthly audits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality visuals.
• Engage with residents through dining room visits and meetings.
