CrowdStrike seeks a Technical Support Specialist to manage the technology of our Executive Briefing Center. You’ll support executive briefings and demonstrations, ensuring all systems perform at peak for client engagements. This role combines hands-on tech with customer-facing interaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, maintain security standards, and develop creative solutions under pressure, helping leadership convey CrowdStrike’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities during executive briefings.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and threat concepts.
• On-call experience with prompt incident response or escalation.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Executive Briefing Center and ensure presentations run smoothly.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain EBC AV and video systems.
• Collaborate with sales, product specialists, and executives to tailor demos.
• Provide white-glove technical support during briefings for visiting executives.
• Document SOPs and maintenance, updates, and disaster recovery for the tech stack.
