Job summary

CrowdStrike in Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to manage the technology of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC). This role ensures seamless operation of the EBC experience, supporting executive briefings and demonstrations with top-tier technical readiness.

You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain AV and video conferencing systems, prepare customized demos with sales and product teams, and document standard operating procedures including maintenance, updates and disaster

Qualifications

Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities during time-sensitive briefings.
Strong understanding of security best practices and real-world application.
On-call experience, responsive within agreed time limits.
Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the Executive Briefing Center for client presentations and executive meetings.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the EBC's AV equipment, video systems, and interactive tech.
Collaborate with sales, product specialists, and executives to tailor demonstrations.
Provide white-glove technical support during briefings and discreet issue resolution.
Document and implement SOPs for the EBC tech stack, maintenance and disaster recovery.
