The role requires hands-on support for Teams, Zoom, and room tech, with a focus on reliability, calm under pressure, and strong customer service. This onsite position is full-time, with occasional early/late shifts for events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting audiovisual systems, conference rooms, or executive spaces.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable supporting executives, customers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate audiovisual equipment for briefings, meetings, and events.
• Support video conferencing platforms including Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Troubleshoot displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, and presentation systems.
• Provide real-time technical support during live meetings and presentations.
• Ensure meeting room technology is fully operational before customer arrival.
• Conduct daily room inspections and prepare presentation materials.
• Coordinate room setups and assist presenters with connectivity and delivery.
• Maintain professional customer-facing presence during executive visits.
• Support and troubleshoot end-user devices, network issues, and collaboration tech.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and technical rehearsals for virtual/hybrid events.
