CrowdStrike seeks a Technical Support Specialist to manage the technology of our Executive Briefing Center. You’ll support executive briefings and demonstrations, ensuring all systems perform at peak for client engagements. The CrowdStrike Executive Support Team is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to manage the technology of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC). This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of the EBC experience, which serves as a showcase for CrowdStrike’s capabilities and solutions. Working alongside the executive support team, you’ll maintain the high technical standards that our leadership and customers expect during executive briefings and demonstrations.
As the technical backbone of the EBC, you’ll provide frontline support for both the facility’s systems and CrowdStrike’s executive leadership team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where technical excellence directly impacts business relationships and outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses strong self-confidence, exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels, and a passion for expanding their technical knowledge. CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
